Qitaa (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a mobile shopping application that allows users to browse products, place orders, and receive deliveries across Iraq. This Privacy Policy explains what information we request and how we use it.

A) Order & Delivery Information (Required for Checkout)

When you place an order (including as a guest), we request:

• Phone number
• Delivery address (city/governorate and detailed location)
• Order details (selected products, quantities, and order notes)

B) Guest Use (No Accounts / No Login)

Qitaa does not require creating an account or signing in to place orders.

C) Push Notifications (Optional)

If push notifications are enabled, the app may use a notification token to deliver order updates.

You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use the requested information to:

• Process and deliver your orders
• Contact you regarding your order, delivery, or support requests
• Send order-related notifications (if enabled)
